About Ferrari World

Ferrari World has been opened for public on 4th of November 2010, after less than two years of titanic work. A successful collaboration between Aldar Properties and Ferrari, the theme park boosts 20 rides and attractions, five dining areas and two stores. The design of the 200,000 meters square roof covering the park was designed by Benoy Architects and was inspired by the side view of a Ferrari GT. The steel skeleton, the master planning and the adaptation of the design for the local conditions was provided by Ramboll.

The total surface of the theme park measures 86,000 square meters. The entire surface is covered by the 50 meters high roof, thus making Ferrari World the largest indoor park in the world. Yet, the global exclusivities of this Yas Island theme park do not stop here as Ferrari World boosts the highest speed roller coaster in the world, Formula Rossa, which can reach a maximum speed of 240 km/h.

Ferrari World’s attractions are full of character and style. Perfectly mingling the history of a legendary car factory with the modern entertainment, the park is the perfect getaway when the quotidian becomes unbearable.
